My husband and I have frequented Einstein's Bagels for awhile because it was the only bagel place we really knew about. It was a step above packaged super market bagels and we were satisfied with it....Until we discovered Diane's New York Bagel Cafe which was literally walking distance from our house. This place is quaint, charming and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the bagels...OH the bagels are amazing. So full of flavor, perfect amount of chewiness to them and they have house made cream cheese mixtures that are to die for. The bonus for us is it is truly a local business, not a subsidiary of some astronomically large corporation like Einstein's. Please try this little place and change your bagel world!
