Wow! Words cannot describe the people that are running this place. I canceled my wedding 2 weeks prior to the wedding, which i was able to do, according to the wedding coordinator. I knew i would loose money and was willing to do so (deposit and room rental). However, these people charged me for food that was never ordered. They didn't even know how many guest to feed, but they sure charged me the maxium amount of guests i was allowed. they charged for alcohol we never drank, flowers we never saw,, etc. etc.. And, when confronted with this, just not being right, i was told "it is what it is" How's that for good ole southern hospitality?
I have sent a letter. Never responded. Same as my phone calls.
