Review content:
When the initial fix did not result in a working unit, Jason moved quickly to secure a new base unit for us, meaning that our two llittle boys were sleeping comfortably again soon. We can guess that another option would have been a lengthy process of trying different fixes on the original unit, coming to our house to test it, and repeating this again over weeks and maybe even months. Given the diagnosis, we are not confident this ever would have resulted in a working base unit, as it would be hard to know how extensive the damage was from the frozen water. We really appreciate that Jason did not drag us through this process and used our need of a working unit as the guide for his plan of action. In addition to this, Jason installed the new base unit on a stand, so that it is less likely the unit will be surrounded by snow in the future.
