Please beware of this cleaning service. I hired them to clean the upstairs of my house. This was my first experience with a cleaning service and probably my last. When Wayne initially came the price was right, my concerns seem to have been addressed. I was clear and concise about what was important to me. Since I have never turned my key over before I was naturally concerned. I was assured that the woman I meet during my first service would be permanently assigned to my home. I scheduled my first visit on a Saturday so I could meet her, discuss my animals and my expectations. She was very nice and did a wonderful job. I was really happy. I thought I found a gem. My regualr visits would then start on Fridays when noone was scheduled to be home. Unfortunatley for them but fortunate for me the next two visits were met by my two sick roomates. The first time two young girls came. They were at my house for approximatley 1 hour. The cleaning was so-so at best. They had no idea about my cats (previously discussed with both Wayne and the original "perm" cleaner. I spoke with Wayne and was told that the original woman was tending to her sick Mother. I understand these things happen so I overlooked it. The third time yet another girl came. She neglected to clean the bathroom, one of the bedrooms and all of the floors. She left the house but of course remembered to take the check. I was at work and was contacted by one of my roommates. I immediatley called Wayne and he did send the girl back. She was met by my roommate and stated she was "confused" and that she had nothing to clean the fllors with and her mop was broken. Not very professional in my opinion. She left after dusting the furniture in the undone bedrom. I called and gave Wayne every opportunity to make this right. He refused to answer any of my calls. You get what you pay for, lesson learned. Please be careful all is not what it seems.
