I lived here for six months so far and have been having a great experience ever since. The rent is cheap for the size and location. Parking is great. The office always leaves posts up on gates and or laundry room doors to inform tenants about whats going on in the apartments. Laundry room never had any problem with finding a washer/dryer open to use and left clothes in there for a while and never had them stolen. Lots of grassy areas for dogs and they keep the apartments well kept. The staff is very friendly, listen very well, and quick to respond to problems.
I also had one of the tubes on the toilet break and water was everywhere note this happened at 1am. I called the emergency number and they called me back in 10mins and had it fixed in 10mins. They also had a blower in my apartment for a day to dry all the carpets and sucked out all the water. They also followed up to make sure everything is ok.
