Good: The guys are honestly life savers. I've tried other local computer repair companies in the area before because I don't want to get ripped off by the bigger companies but most computer stores locally either don't return my calls or don't go the distance. The guys at Kamien Computers have saved me now on two occasions and their response time has been incredibly fast both times. My first experience was with viruses and spyware that had shut down my computer completely to the point where I couldn't even get on. Bad: i think they should redo the front of their store. it's a little bit cold looking and if they decorated it more nicely, it would really help bring them together. it seems empty sometimes because you don't see anyone at the front since they are all working in back.. Improvements: i think the employees should find ways to work out in the front of the shop so that you can see them as you walk by. it makes the business come to life more and feels more inviting. the first few times i passed by there i didn't realize it was even open because I hadn't noticed the open sign that was lit up.. Other: they could also use a sign up above that says the company name or computer repair or something like this because it can be hard to spot them from the road while driving by..
