They had the car they advertised at the price they advertised, and they were able to finance me in spite of a bankruptcy 2 years ago. I hadn't realized there was a $100 deductable on their warranty, and when my check engine light came on before the end of the 30 day warranty, I wasn't happy to discover that I would have to pay a deductable. But when the manager read my review here on dealer rater and saw that I wasn't happy, he contacted me and arranged for the repairs to be made without a deductable. Everyone at Bertera was friendly and did everything they could to make me a satisfied customer.
