We apologize that your experience wasn?t all that you anticipated. We are glad, however, that you enjoyed the massage; we pride ourselves on offering the best massage in New York City, having a clean and intimate space, and offering fresh fruit and cheese on the weekends. We understand that you were stuck in traffic which neither you, nor we, nor anybody can control. We certainly hope that you will try us again and we assure you that you will be able to use the steam room and/or sauna before or after your treatment. We only ask that you try to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure that any people scheduled after you will be able to start on time.
