Before going to Shannon I checked out her website and read just about every review on here. Needless to say I was already impressed by all of the raves by all of her happy customers. I was even more impressed to read her response to the ONE AND ONLY mediocre review. Shannon lives up to "the best wax you'll ever have" and more. I recently went to her for my very first brazillian wax. She was more than wonderful and made me feel as comfortable that someone can in the given situation =]. I have and will continue to refer her to all of my friends and family for all of their waxing needs. Thanks Shannon!
