I went to Urban Waxx because a friend recommended them to me. I'd been waxed a few times before both here and elsewhere, but never really took to the whole experience - too weird or awkward. I was told that Shannon was the girl to see, but she wasn't available, so I saw Brooke. Wow! What a different experience. I went in thinking I would just do my eyebrows and a bikini wax, but I ended up getting a full Brazilian because I felt so comfortable and easy with Brooke. She kept me laughing the whole time and explained to me the differences in the wax they use - why they are both gentle and effective. It was not nearly as painful as my waxes in the past, and I will definitely be going back to see her for my maintenance. I would definitely recommend Brooke to anybody thinking of getting waxed. She is funny, thorough and sweet.
