Good: Nothing. Wish I could give negative stars.. Bad: Service, massage, but mostly attitude of front desk person.. Improvements: New management who does not change policies on a whim.. Other: Use a Groupon for a massage. Assumed it was 60 mins as they only offer 60 and 90, but I assume since it was a Groupon, it was 45 mins. However, that turned out to be a good thing as the massage was horrible-most certainly someone recently out of school who should have stayed longer. The worse part is that she actually had the nerve to charge $10 more because it was to be a deep tissue, not one like I've ever had! The worse part was her attitude. Rude and uncaring..
