The Dog Brothers is not just a workout. You don't just get to fake it when you are working like a Dog. You can't just run your mouth and then hope no one notices. If you are going to bark like a Dog, then you gotta fight like one, too! Full contact. Sticks, bare hands, whatever you got to use to get the win. No mercy, nothing but madness.
