Appalling customer service. I ordered two products. The order was confirmed by email and I was told I would receive tracking info upon shipment. After waiting a month I finally contacted them by phone (which they seldom answer despite the statement on their website "open 24 hours").
Their Website also staes "We ship for free". They charged me $25 for shipping.
After getting my order wrong they told me I would have to re-order what I already had a email confirmation for, then charged me a surprise $25.00. Not only were they unapologetic, they were outright rude, as if they couldn't be bothered with my business.
Circa50--never again.
