Good: I love the staff of the shop! They are so friendly and very knowledgable about the cheese and items in the store. I love how helpful the employees are as well as the setup of the store.... Bad: The owner does not know what she is talking about and I found her quite rude when I was in there. A very nice gentleman was helping me when she told him to do something else and that she would help me instead (I was enjoying the man's help too), but then she just left me standing there instead of helping me. I feel bad because she seems to treat her staff so poorly.. Improvements: I would like to see a better wine selection as well as a greater variety of prepared food.. Other: The staff washes their hands constantly (I go in there all the time). You might not always see it, but there are hand sanitizers behind the counter that they use when they do not go over to the sink to wash their hands. Also, some of the cheese doesn't move very fast, but the employees (not the owner though) warn you about them when you ask for or about them. The owner doesn't know what she's talking about; I just nod my head and try to get someone else to help me. WATCH OUT FOR THE OWNER...she corners you..
