Go in for a real consult and you will see they are all talk. I was told I would be hair free in 6 sessions, this was all lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got on their monthly program which I was paying $599 plus tax, finding out you are not allowed to charge tax for service such as these in NYC. So there they are pulling some illegal funds from me.
Then the technician answers her cell phone half way through a treatment. How does she know what she missed or what she already treated? She is very rush rush too.
Then when you call there is a guy that used to answer the phone but never there at the location. Now they have some girl that is a "customer service manager" or something like that.
I was charged an additional month even though I wanted off, they told me I didn't give enough notice.
Beware of these people! Not true professionals!
