Review content:
I went to this salon about a month ago. It was my first time there. I thought it would be a great experience in a trendy salon. I went there for a cut and a highlight. I left 4 hours later with exactly what I didn't want!!! My highlights were completely the wrong color and to make things worse, the person working on my hair, completely fried my hair!!! I now have breakage and my normally curly hair does not curl and is frizzy and dry. The color is now growing out a horrible color. The products they recommended I use were terrible too and only made my hair worse. I would not recommend this salon to anyone who wants healthy hair. In addition, the staff seemed very unprofesssional and inexperienced. Please save your money, time and HAIR and do not go to The W Salon!!!
