Review content:
I took my two boys into your Salon, which was highly recommended, and each year for the past four years my husaband purchases for our anniversary a full body massage and pedicure for me, which I love!. unfortunately, I was appaulled at the fact that (Kimberly) chose to charge me $20.00 for a hair cut for my 5 year old son ( no wash) and $20.00 for my 12 year old son. They have school pictures this week and we lost our hair dresser from a change in location, so currently do not have one. She spent a total of 18, yes 18 minutes on BOTH children and I was charged $40.00 dollars. That is not the worst of it, I called a head to let her know that I wanted my son's hair cut a specific way, she claimed to understand, but when he was in her chair, she disregarded our conversation, and I was not about to argue with my son over how short or what style when I already asked her to do as I requested. I am not one to speak up, Which I'm learning to, as I am the customer and it is my hard earned money. None the less, poor Joey has the WORST hair cut he has ever received. I came right out in the beginning before she even began to cut, telling her "please do not touch the bangs, he has a cowl lick and I always comb down his bangs straight, to proceed with cutting the sides and back short" Oh my, she cut the Bangs and uneven! Where is the repritoire of Shapers, and Listening to the customer. I pointed it out and she stated, "oh it will grow back by Friday" NOT - It is horrible, I do not have the time to bring him back in to have this fixed nor do I have the gas for the second trip, nor do I feel that her 8 minutes was worth my $20.00. He even stated "mama, she messed my hair up"! how sad:( I was not pleased with this at all. How do you handle such disappointment as a result from your company? Malinda Pros: Massage therapists wonderful! Cons: rotton service for my boys haircuts.
