Review content:
We took our dog here when we went on vacation one year and that was certainly the last time. They acted strange when we came without calling prior to arriving (before the close of business for the day) and they were very weary when we wanted to go back to see what the conditions were like. When we picked up our dog, we never saw her act so scared and she just acted differently. She was very jumpy and shaky for almost a week afterwards. It seems like they aren't dedicated to the kennel because it seems like the other side businesses are a main concern or priority when really it should be the pet's needs and care that are on the top of the list.
