Review content:
Every time I brought my vehicle in for service, they would 'find' something else that needed to be done. I usually agreed to have the extra work done because I trusted them. However, they recommended new services that they insisted that I needed after only 3 month of a major tune-up & service, it was disappointing.
The biggest one was they said I needed all new brake pads, rotors & calipers even though I had no problems with braking. I declined that service &I brought it in to another Toyota dealer for service and asked them to look at the brakes w/o telling them what Michael's Toyota said, and they said everything works fine!!!
