I feel this is probably the worst experience I have had at a tanning facility. Their corporate office is full of complete idiots who claim there is no management nor supervisor in store. In fact the person who answers the phone states they are management. At any corporate office that I have spoke with the management is not a pee on who answers the phone and customer complaints. They gave me the complete run around and after 40 minutes on the phone arguing they were completely rude and hung up on me. The beds do not work and their spray tan booths leave you completely uneven. Brown as a biscuit for 9.99 is completely un true. I can agree with the statement above. I spent months tanning even with the upgrades and got more color by visiting the pool for two hours. Do not get a membership with this company they are not worth even the lowest membership they charge
