i know that more then half of the people who shop at century 21 are tourists, and so i would recommend it to them because they seem to think everything here is really cheap (especially the europeans),
but if you want to get some designer clothes for a cheaper price there is a chance century 21 will have them but i would prefer stores like loehmanns or daffys or tjmaxx because its calmer and things are better organized
in general everything here is a mess, its a wild mob of people, you have to push through and its just annoying most of the time.
Pros: good for tourists, cheap clothes
Cons: too many people, lousy service
