If you want the most successful personal training results with a coach who is probably the ONLY TRAINER grounded in the field of MEDICINE (yes, MEDICINE!) in the Twin Cities, see Eric Hall of Avatar Training. I have seen incredible results. What's even better--you are Eric's SOLE client during your one-hour session in his 2-story, private loft-style studio in a gorgeous hi-tech environment where you even select your music pumped through the entire workout area! No other clients are there when you are being trained. It's all at the same price (or less) than you would pay for a trainer in a public setting. I was so sold that I even offered to pay for my first comlimentary session. He refused! And what a nice person Eric is on top of all this? What a joy it is to work out with him. And what results!!! Outstanding!!!
