This place is nice and clean. The music selection is good. The prices are fair. I wouldn't recommend ordering food there however. We witnessed food being handled with bare hands quite frequently. My friends and I went on a Friday night. We had a reservation. We arrived early. Our room was in use. The group which had the room before us did not vacate the room on time. The attendant called them from the front desk to let them know their time was up. We did not get into our room until 15 minutes after our reservation time. We were thanked for waiting and escorted to our room. At the exact time that our reservation was over the attendant barged into our room and told us our time was up. This was a bit rude but we were actually preparing to exit the room anyway so we didn't dwell on it. Shockingly we were charged for the entire time of our reservation even though we didn't get into our room until 15 minutes after our reservation time. When we raised this point with the attendant she simply stated that they do their best to make sure patrons exit the room on time but there is nothing they can do if they don't. This is extremely bad customer service and an unfair business practice. Why should anyone be expected to pay for time they didn't receive? Shame on you Karaoke Duet.
