Max provides personalized service and treats every customer exactly the way you wish every store owner did .. but rarely do. At this MailBox Etc ... you will always be treated fairly and politely and with respect. His staff will do everything in their power to take care of whatever shipping problems you need to solve. I had a valuable and very old signed lithograph shipped from Los Angeles to the United Kingdom in it's original frame. It was framed using the older glass that was commonly used before they invented these UV protected, very strong types of glass and I was afraid it wouldn't survive the transatlantic trip. Max built a protective case out of styrofoam and it was like shipping it in a box within a box. It arrived in PERFECT SHAPE and quicker than I imagined. Your privacy will also be respected and guarded if you receive mail at this facility.
Pros: Fast service done professionally - you are treated great.
Cons: There are no cons - I have been a customer for 12 years
