I normally due all my own maintenance and cleaning. Groupon had a deal for a carwash and oil change for 30 bucks so I thought I'd splurge and get one for my wife. I called ahead and the girl that answered said they take appointments and it would be 30 to 40 mins. I sent wife over there on her lunch hour. When she called to make appointment the girl was kind of rude and said to be on time. She got there ten minutes early to be told they may not be able to wash the outside of her car because there was a car stuck in the carwash. When they removed the car she saw sparks as they drug the car loose. One hour and 20 minutes later my wife got her car back. They managed to clean the outside, but the seats were not vacuumed and the armor all job was lousy and there was still brake dust on the rims. Granted I only paid 30 bucks, but this was supposed to be a 60 dollar service. Unacceptable! There's no way I would've paid 60 dollars for this lousy of a service. Bad first impression. Never again!!! This wasn't even a Saturday. It was Friday the 23rd of July around noon. Hardly would say "upscale carwash."
