In Pittsburgh, men don't have a lot of clothing options aside from national chains, department stores, and the occasional Dickies outpost. At Charles Spiegel for Men, everything from tuxedos and suits to hipster t-shirts and weathered jeans is for sale. There is a good selection of designer clothes and accessories for all sorts.
The prices definitely reflect that designer pedigree though. If you're a guy looking for a non-mall experience, give it a look.
