It?s so rare to have someone truly exceed your expectations ? especially something you?ve visualized in your mind for years - and then see it brought to life before your eyes even better than you had imagine it. That?s what I experienced at Zulu.
While it?s tough to quantify a vibe, they have found a way of bringing a wealth of knowledge, artistry and passion together to create an environment where each person?s journey can be told and celebrated. There?s no cookie cutter program here. No blinking lights, neon, or ?open-all-night? at Zulu. They are passionate, talented artists who just want to help you channel your message.
My artist, Sameerah, is amazingly talented and passionate about her art. It was easy for me to trust her with my work. Because of the shop?s reputation, she had aspired to someday work at Zulu, and now she says she?s living her dream by actually being here. If you talk to any of the artists here, you?ll see that they are all kindred spirits and each one of their work is extraordinary.
If you?re looking for a fashion statement, you can go anywhere. But if want a meaningful masterpiece and only the real deal will do, then check out Zulu.
