Review content:
The Twin Cities are in need of an original apparel boutique or two. Local Motion is not that boutique. While the store does have some interesting items, you have to weed through all of the teeny-bopper and grandmother outfits to find them. The prices are ridiculous ($200 for a sweater that was mass-manufactured in China), and the owner's a bit of a snob. For worthwhile boutiques, head to Boston or Chicago.
