Do yourself a favor and DO shop here! I'm not sure if J.B. is reviewing a store other than Durham Garden Center, but everything this person has stated is completely false. I shop here all the time and they take my debit card every time, sometimes for very small purchases, as well as cash. They are probably some of the most knowledgeable plant people I have seen, especially the manager, and their prices are excellent. Maybe J.B. is comparing prices and service to Wal-Mart or Lowe's, but if this is the case, this is where he should continue to shop. For myself and other customers I have seen when I have been here, they are extremely helpful and friendly, and absolutely DO know what they are talking about when asked plant advice. These employees work very hard to keep their plant material looking beautiful and it definitely shows. Shop here, you won't be sorry!
