I love Pizza Pete's. First of all, the food is very good quality. It is always fresh & hot. I cater food for parties ALL the time and I get compliments from everyone. The 6 foot sub (Chicken cutlet and Italian) are excellent. I come from Staten Island where there is no better Italian catering, but this is a close second. I'm very picky, I do not like when pasta is over cooked, and that is hard when you order quantity. Pete's is never mushy, always perfectly Al dente. The Penne Vodka, Cavatelli & Brocolli are favorites. I also have ordered sandwhich & wrap platters for various gatherings and they are huge hit. They also have healthier food options which is rare at a Pizzeria. I order the grilled chicken with mixed vegetables. Its excellent, light and perferct for the health concious. Pete is wonderful, we adore him. I've only eaten in a few times, but this isn't fine dining, so for anyone complaining about service, they might want to consider something less casual.
