Good: Very clean facility with a resort feel, wonderful staff...real dog lovers! I have been taking Gizzy, Baby, Boo Boo there for over a year and they are very organized, gentle and really make sure the sights are pampered! Such a relief when I go on vacation to know my babies are taken care of. I have been delayed a few times and they went out of their way to purchase chicken breast and boil it for my dogs as they have sensitive appetites and they took pictures and sent them to me which was quite a surprise. Improvements: I would like a summer spa week for my dogs...they go in for massages and peticures. I think it would be nice to have aromatherapy and perhaps a full spa menu to choose from. I know it sounds over the top but my dog, Gizzy jay, has heart problems and the massage really helps him to relax. For a few days after getting a massage he seems to have a more playful personality. My other dogs love the massage too...it's quite hysterical to see them getting a massage,. Other: The owner is very sweet and fosters dogs...she really goes to extremes to accommodate my demands...which may seem crazy at times...but she and her staff are five star!.
