Review content:
Ballato Brother's is a car repair shop and junk yard business. We took our car there once and it was ridiculous how long it took them to supposedly fix it. After we finally got the car back it never worked right and it would hardly ever run. They had the car for a few months, we would periodically call and get a rude lady on the phone who would give us an excuse until finally she said to come and get the car, it was done. Every time we call them to see if their junkyard has a part we need the lady who answers the phone is completely rude to us and if they have to call you back and say they will, you better believe that they won't. There are other junk yards around and we prefer to just call them and we will definitely not be going back there for car repair again.
