One of our cars had a crack in the windshield, and we finally decided to get it replaced. We called on a Thursday and the repairman was at our house on Friday. Yes, they do mobile windshield replacement. Big plus! It was pretty straightforward, he took the old windshield and put on the new windshield. They do all the paperwork as far as handling the insurance claim, and you just pay your deductible. The whole process was about a half an hour. The only downfall is that we noticed, after he left, that the bottom rubber molding was missing from the windshield. We called Cascade back, and they said someone would be out the next day. On Saturday, the same guy came to our house and we showed him our concern. He told us that the molding was sun damaged so he had to discard us. We were kinds uneasy about it, but he assured us that the windshield is guaranteed for life, so there's no reason to worry. We said ok. We then called our local dealer and asked if this sounded right. They agreed that the molding routinely gets sun damaged and really isn't needed on the windshield. So, we were satisfied. We just wished he would've told us originally on the first day.
