I suspect that the only reason this company changed it's name from "Affordable Fence" to "Budget Fence" is because they did not want to honor their warrantys for warped/cracked fences, and they owed so many customers repair work that they did not want to do. Their owner is very rude and seems much more interested in gaining new customers than satisfying those customers who have already paid their money. Many of us customers that got screwed over contacted the BBB to file a complaint about this company. The owner responded by dissolving his company and re-naming it. I suspect this is so that he did not have to repair all the junk fences his company installed- if not, that would be an awful strange "coincidence". Our fence is just over 2 years old and it is completely warped and cracked- it looks like junk! (By the way, all the warping and cracking started within ONE year!). Their company warranty promised repair/replacement of any warped/cracked boards for 5 years. Over 100 boards on our fence are either warped or cracked! Numerous calls to their company resulted in nothing by rude responses from the secretary and the owner. They refused to even come out and look at the fence, let alone honor their warranty! We are out thousands of dollars and so are many other customers that went with Affordable Fence/Budget Fence. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
