Regina's maid services are very bad in general. The cleaning is absolutely not worth the price you are paying (dust not fully done, it is only vacuum cleaning here and there). And I know what I am talking about as I have been using them on a weekly basis.
Many objects have been broken by this company over the past years. We spent hours on the phone trying to be reimbursed. After much too many tentatives and lack of cooperation ("sorry, your records got lost", "sorry, the person you talked last time left the company", etc...), we just stopped trying.
After approx. 2 years of services with declining quality, and other damages (to our sofa), we finally decided to just stop once and for all. I just regret we have not done it earlier.
While they were trying to save us as customers, we re-explained that we were still waiting for them to reimburse the damages. In response, the man who is apparently the manager just yelled at me and threatened me, saying that the cleaning ladies had been complaining for harassment, that we treated them like slaves, and even mentioned some inappropriate behaviors we would have had!!
These are just lies. These people are not only bad professionals, they are dangerous and threatening.
If you want peace of mind and have a good cleaning, do not use their services. They will insult you and threaten you at your first complaint.
