In response to the last comment to Regina’s Maids ~ in all fairness it is extremely questionable as to why a client would continue to use our service for over two years on a weekly basis if in fact were both dissatisfied and had several unresolved breakage issues.
Regina’s Maids is an established company ~ in business for over 35 years ~ We are insured and bonded and operate in a professional, fully staffed office of approximately 2500 square foot.
We may be viewed as just another cleaning company however that is not how we think of ourselves. Regina’s Maids is about service. In order to succeed as a service company, we are committed to provide service that is consistently “above and beyond” what’s expected.
In servicing thousands of clients, we will be honest to say that it would be impossible for 100% satisfaction 100% of the time. We strive to perform our best! We offer a 24 hour Guarantee Policy standing behind our services and will correct our short comings if necessary ~ As we also stand behind our staff that their working conditions are safe and appropriate. We chose to forfeit business rather then expose our employees to inappropriate behavior.
