I moved to Chapel Hill over 6 years ago. Upon first moving here I settled on this practice as there are not many to choose from in the area. The first few years were fine. Dr. Clark was great in and out, very busy but friendly. Short , sweet, simple visit...what I look for. Last year, during my visit with Dr. Clark, as I lay spread eagle on the table, she gets a text from her cell in her pocket. She then proceeds to take her glove off; studies the text with laughter & smiles; responds to the text as I am her last client on a Friday evening & she no doubt has plans ...washes hands puts on new gloves and returns to the checkup! I was horrified!!!!
A glutton for punishment I go back for my yearly a few months ago to find I would not be seen without my insurance card, the same insurance card i've had on file for all these years. I am done!!!
Patrons beware. They are there for the sole reason of making money & do not care about their patients....Also expect long wait times!!!!!!!!!!!!
