Review content:
I've been an annual member for years and had always thought it to be a great place. However, when I visited with my child's school group, I could see very disparate treatment, especially in the acess to the souvenir store. A security guard advised me my daughter (who has bought ice cream from the store dozens of times over the years) that she couldn't enter because she was with a school group and there was already one chaperone with five kids in the store. When I reached in to buy the ice cream myself, leaving my daughter outside, I was called rude by the security guard. The manager wasn't very helpful when I spoke with her and defended the silly policy.
