Review content:
I've been living in the Sherwood Building and I love it. I have never seen roaches or any other bug. The front desk staff is ok. There is a lady that works in the front desk, I think her name is Carla, which is super nice. Whenever I have a maintenance problem they come to fix it fast. There is plenty parking. The only things that I don't like are, first, related to the number of guests allowed to pass to the pool with you and, second, that If I have a guest, I have to get a parking pass every single day for him/her and that I have to wait up to 5pm to get it and before 9am-10am (something like that) to move the car out of the assigned parking. Therefore, I have to be back by 5pm only to get a guest parking pass and I have to be up early in the morning to move the car out of the assigned parking. But, except for that, I don't have any other complaint.
