We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite for our 25th anniversary. We ran the Jacuzzi before getting into it. When we shut it off there was poop and pubic hair floating in it. The sheets had some gooey pink stuff on them and it wasn't from us. We stayed two nights. We told the front desk to have maid service change the sheets when they went in to clean the room. That is all they did is make the bed. The garbage wasn't emptied, and the dirty towels were on the floor and weren't replaced with clean ones. The maid put the poop and pubic hair in the toilet and didn't flush. The manager defended the maid when I complained. She said since we had new bath salts our room was obviously cleaned twice that day. Duh, we didn't use the Jacuzzi since we found poop in it so we didn't use the bath salts that were in the room when we checked in. When we called down and told the front desk about how messy the room was when we got back, she sent the casino janitor to come clean the room that the maid had been in to clean but didn't do their job. The janitor could not believe that the maid left a mess like that. He made the comment that this was their suite and should be taken care of better than that, but the manager didn't think there was anything wrong with it. The manager should not have her job, she isn't manager quality.
