Good: I liked that the part that needed to be fixed was done.. Bad: The process was far from timely. I left my car for 5 hours to have it not checked at all. The following day another 6 hours went by. I received 1 phone call throughout the entire process, had no idea what was going on with my car. I had called the dealership 5x to get absolutely no information.. Improvements: Better communication between the employee and the customer. Friendliness is key when working in customer service, just because you don't like your job doesn't mean you can take it out on everyone else. Answering questions, instead of sitting there silently on the phone.. Other: Overall, I have had 2 not so great experiences with this particular dealership. The first one being forgotten about with a scheduled oil change. I sat there for 3 hours before anything was done. Secondly, this time I needed several repairs. The first was in regards to my window that was supposedly fixed several months back, but started acting up again and my battery died. There was no communication. I have dealt with several dealerships and never once have I waited that long for a car service..
