Kerr Properties, Inc. has been managing our residential rental property for over 7 years. I have been very pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and consideration for both tenant and owner. I appreciate that they handle all aspects of the property, from vacancy to occupancy, and then as an ongoing service month to month with repairs, maintenance and rental payments. I believe that they have protected my investment in this property by their expertise in property management. Should I acquire another property, it will be managed by Kerr Properties, Inc.
