Good: promising voice over a phone.. Bad: I called at 8 AM to pump a septic tank, the service been scheduled for afternoon, the truck came after 5 PM, the truck driver stick his probe 5-6 times in the ground, said the ground is to hard and even knows exact position of the tank he can't find it. He said that we need to run camera in the sewer line to find a septic tank, and that service will cost 190$, set an appointment for "camera man" next morning, charge 50$ fee and left.. Improvements: I want to know upfront what I gonna pay, free estimate would be great too.. Other: I will never call RotoRooter again, If you don't want to do your job, ore you don't know how to do YOUR job, don't confuse people and stay out of the business..
