Sadly, I have to write this review to warn others away from this fraudulant company. In November I hired Avatar Glass to replace some of my leaky windows in my basement with a 2 week guarantee. I paid a $250 dollar deposit which was cashed within a few days.
2 weeks passed, and Ernie at Avatar and his parter started giving excuses about a delay with shipping, the "delays" continued all the way until January. My leaky windows only got worse during the wet snowy months.
In January the story with Avatar changed, now my windows had been misordered and the wrong windows were sent. They said they had to order different window. I was fed up but patient and out my deposit so I gave them a 2 week deadline, and they agreed if not done by then that they would give me a full refund(the least they could do).. The 2 weeks came and went and they started avoiding my calls.
Another month went past, and I decided to do reviews here online. The reviews were the same as I have stated currently. They then started calling begged me to remove the reviews and promised my refund. I wanted to believe them so I took down the reviews.. but another 3 weeks passed and now it has been 5 months, with nothing but excuses and lies.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD!! The address listed is not there own, there is no way to meet them in person, and they will take your deposit and run!!!! Do NOT trust them.
BEWARE!!! FRAUD!!!
