Review content:
This guy is a complete fraud. He has little to no construction exp. He is well known for not paying his contractors and leaving jobs half finished. Loves to brag about how he used to be some big time drug dealer. I am a contractor who got ripped off by this guy. I can say when it comes to general construction knowledge this guy is totally clueless. He frequently asks questions that are common knowledge. Then getting him to comprehend what you are telling him is a absolute nightmare. He has no consideration for codes and no concept of quality. After he was unable to come up with my first draw I was forced to walk away. I can only imagine what the home owner went through...
