Review content:
Thank you so, so much to the caring staff at Emerald City for taking care of my kitty, Boss Tweed, on Christmas Day.
When they saw all the blood in his carrier they took him back right away and made sure he was stable. It turns out a little bit of blood goes a very long way. Whew.
The receptionist gave me my space as I cried my eyes out, yet was very reassuring that Boss was going to be okay. The vet was upbeat and supplied just the right amount of levity to the situation, putting me at ease.
I left Tweedie there for two days, and when I phoned each day they always knew exactly who I was, who Boss Tweed was, and had news to report on his condition. They gave me a copy of his medical records for my regular vet, and I was impressed with the charting and the amount of information contained there. They kept a very good eye on Boss.
When I picked Boss Tweed up they were concerned that the carrier was too small for him, so they gave me a dented but still fully functional and larger carrier for my 17-pound boy. I asked if they wanted me to return the carrier and they said no. Now THAT'S customer service!
