Had a really nice team this year. I live in a small apartment, that can be done fairly quickly, but this team took their time to make sure that I felt I was getting a good value for my money. They made sure to ask me how everything looked before they left. Although, I have trouble telling when the carpet is wet, it looks great so far. One of the things I really like about Stanlely Steemer is they understand you can't always tell if all the spots came up while the carpet is wet. If you see something you're not happy with you have, I believe, ten days to call and they'll send someone out to fix it. Also, if you have an issue, as I did last year, they do their best to make sure you end up happy. This year they added something new when they did my carpets. They put corner guards on my furniture and the walls so the hose couldn't damage anything as it was dragged along. They also had a guard on the door. All in all, I'm pretty happy this year. They definitely did their job well this year and went a long ways to make me feel more comfortable after having issues last year. Kudos to the team of Carlos and Joey.
