If you not only want great customer service and an awesome value, try acquiring a loan with Mike Reichardt. Normally lenders charge 1 point for their loans, which is about $1,000 per every $100,000 you borrow. Those points go directly into a lenders pocket. Mike will do it for less. Generally he can get the deal done for about half. Compare him with the loan you are currently looking at. I bet Mike can keep money in your pocket. Give him a try, it can't hurt to get a quote. Is it worth an extra two or three thousand in your pocket? Straight forward, no hassles, not pushy, I promise.
