I had a mighty hangover from the night before. Walking to the groecery store in my hood I saw a sign that said: Homemade Bloody Marys with bacon bits and a Guinness head. I never even heard of bacon in a bloody mary. I went inside and there were three people at the bar already drinking the same thing. The bartender this cool dude named George filled a huge pint glass with Absolute Pepper and tomato juice. He had actual bacon, all crispy and greasy and he broke it in pieces and topped it off with the Guinness. It was unbelievable! Amazing!. I swear to God, by the end of that pint I felt like a brand new man. Honestly the best Bloody Mary I've ever had. If you need to get back on the horse Sunday mornings - George is your man!
