I am an esthetician, so since I am in the same business as Shannon, I am a bit more critical of cleanliness, ambiance and customer service.
First of all, she is on time, which for me is a huge deal! Her studio is very cute, very clean, and Shannon is very efficient in her service. I was in and out for my Brazillian in 15 minutes.
Her customer service skills are great, and I have to tell you from experience, sometimes when you are waxing, it's hard to talk and work at the same time. She can do both, and quite well!
It was a pleasure meeting Shannon, and her waxing is quite good!
Pros: Parking, fast service, friendly
